Itinerary

Day 1

You will be picked up at your San Jose hotel in the morning and driven to Monteverde, a 4 hours drive. The route is quite scenic and you likely will not notice the driving time. Upon your arrival,  you will check into your hotel and will have the rest of the day on your own. In the afternoon, we will visit the Butterfly Garden. Overnight: Los Establos.

Day 2

After breakfast, join a morning birding tour to Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. For the afternoon, we  visit The Cheese Factory. (B)

Day 3

at 11 PM, we will pick you up and drive you back to your hotel in San Jose.  On the way, we will stop at the famous Sarchi Oxcart Town  where could you visit the multiple wood craft shops. We will arrive at your hotel around 3 PM. (B)
